ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matt Springer - State Farm Agent, you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of our insurance agency while beginning your career in the insurance industry. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop their skills, and grow into a long-term role within the agency.
In this position, you will begin by managing front desk responsibilities and assisting customers with their initial needs. As you gain experience and industry knowledge, you will have the opportunity to transition into an Account Manager role, where you will take on greater responsibility in supporting client relationships, coverage reviews, and policy servicing.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized and detail-oriented, and is interested in building a career in insurance. High performers who demonstrate initiative and strong customer service skills can expect opportunities for advancement within the agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet clients and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with basic service needs
  • Initiate conversations with prospective and current customers
  • Ask thoughtful, needs-based questions to understand customer situations
  • Educate customers on available insurance and financial service products
  • Support follow-up on quotes, renewals, and account reviews
  • Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and appointment scheduling

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
  • Property & Casualty license preferred.
  • Previous insurance experience will also be considered in place of a license.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
