Job description

Entry Level! We are needing office representation to help us keep running at our fast pace! Must be bi-lingual Spanish for our large database of Spanish speaking clients. Also, If you can dress professionally everyday and are organized, have a positive attitude, a team player, love perks and promos and are looking for growth, please apply. Ideal but not limited to college students needing full time work!

Responsibilities

Assisting with Email replies, walk ins, Phone calls for more information, preparation of company documents and high organizational skills to keep up with work tasks and company operations.

Requirements

Entry Office Experience is a plus. Good work attendance and stability. A positive Can-Do Attitude with being team player ready!
