  Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Complete oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and routine maintenance (Express & Lube Technicians)
  • Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and other vehicle components (Experienced Technicians)
  • Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs
  • Test-drive vehicles and operate diagnostic equipment to accurately identify concerns
  • Communicate repair recommendations and estimated repair times with Service Advisors
  • Complete warranty repairs according to Subaru manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  Qualifications
  • Hiring technicians of all experience levels
  • Previous automotive technician experience preferred but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Subaru or import experience is a plus, but not required
  • ASE Certifications are preferred for experienced technicians
  • Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to learn new vehicle technologies and repair procedures
  • Basic computer skills and experience using diagnostic equipment
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
