The Position:

The Event Busser, at Fireside Catering, is a great entry level job where you will learn the ins and outs of event catering. Our Event Team is privileged to work at some of the most beautiful venues in Massachusetts. You will work in a fun fast-paced environment alongside our energetic and positive team members!

The Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload the catering truck
  • Set up all tables, chairs and required event needs as directed by supervisor
  • Welcome and direct guest in a hospitable and knowledgeable manner
  • Maintain bussing station and assist service team with clearing of all table wares
  • Assist culinary team with food service as needed

The Requirements:

  • Must be over 15 years of age
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Reliable transportation to travel to venues throughout New England
  • Ability to multitask and take direction
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
