Job description

SUMMARY: The Event Ambassador is responsible for the execution and enhancement of the fan experience by interacting with guests upon their arrival to the stadium for events including Patriots games, Patriots Training Camp, and special events (e.g., Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX, Premier Lacrosse League, etc.). This role will provide an introduction to various elements of event operations and fan engagement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Proactively welcome and greet guests attending games and events at Gillette Stadium with a friendly demeanor and a smile
  2. Provide customer service by educating guests on facilities and event operations
  3. Provide guests with utmost care and attention to ensure a first-rate guest experience
  4. Assist with the execution of event promotions, to include distribution of premium items
  5. Support event staff at all team events by assisting with event setup and teardown, staffing registration tables and interactive stations, and interacting with guests
  6. Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • This position has no supervisory responsibility
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • This is an entry level role, no experience is required
    • Must be available on a part-time basis, committing to all home Patriots Games, a minimum of 5 Patriots Events/Special Events, 5 total Training Camp days (weekdays/weekends)
    • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
    • Results oriented with the ability to multi-task
    • Ability to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment
    • Required to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays according to Gillette Stadium event schedule
    • Must be able to work outdoors during all times of the year
    • Must be able to interface with all levels of the organization and represent the Events team in a highly professional manner
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel
    • The employee frequently is required to talk or hear
    • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
    • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
