• Promo & event planning, store operational support, staff education, visual display, new store setup, and store performance analysis
Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in retail operations
• Organized, attentive to detail, and skilled in task management.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Creative lens to develop effective store promos and campaigns
• Analyze a variety of sales data to evaluate store performance and come up with strategies to improve the sales
• Maintain good relationships with store managers and staff members
