There is no billable-hour requirement in this role. We measure our attorneys by the quality of their work and the loyalty of their clients, not by a number on a timesheet.
At Blue Mahoe, PLLC, the clients are already coming through the door. What we need is an attorney who will take care of them beautifully: draft the plan, sit across the table and explain it in plain English, and own the matter from the first handshake to the signing ceremony.
If you want to build a serious estate planning practice - sophisticated work, real client relationships, and room to grow - without carrying the risk and overhead of firm ownership, this is that seat.
