Job description

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Coordinator / Engineering Support Specialist and provide professional administrative and engineering support for a transmission engineering organization. This position will coordinate and track project milestones, maintain and organize engineering documentation and records, manage design package submissions through review and approval workflows, support communication between project teams and external engineering firms, and provide accurate reporting and administrative support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid based in Vancouver, WA with onsite 3 days per week. The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.09) is between $38.01 and $43.59 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
High School Graduate or GED certificate required.
Associate or bachelor's degree in logistics management, business management, or an Engineering-related discipline is preferred.
6 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
8 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
10 year of experience is required without a degree or with a degree not in applicable fields.
Experience must be consistent with the specific requirements of project coordination and engineering support and progressively more technical in nature. Must be capable of applying diversified knowledge of project support principles, document management, and administrative processes in a technical environment. Requires a working knowledge of automated data systems.
Experience should include coordination support for project efforts, including timeline tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Requires a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience performing administrative and project support functions for engineering or other technical organizations.
Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience storing, organizing, maintaining, and managing large volumes of electronic files and records using Microsoft Windows network environments or document management systems.
Requires a minimum of two (2) years of experience using SharePoint to edit, maintain, and manage site content and documentation.
Proficiency in the use of the full Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.
