The Opportunity

We're looking for a Systems Administrator I to join our IT team as a first-line support resource and hands-on contributor to our day-to-day IT operations. This is a great entry point for someone building their IT career who wants real exposure to endpoint management, user administration, and compliance in a defense environment. You'll work closely with senior IT staff and grow fast.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-user IT issues, including hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks such as provisioning user accounts and configuring workstations per company policy
  • Use Microsoft Intune to enroll and manage Windows 11 endpoints, and assist with basic Linux (Ubuntu) endpoint setup under guidance
  • Support Azure Active Directory user account maintenance, including password resets, group membership, and basic policy tasks
  • Assist with GitLab account provisioning and basic troubleshooting
  • Help monitor on-premises infrastructure health and escalate anomalies to senior team members
  • Assist with IT asset inventory tracking and documentation
  • Perform workspace and equipment setup including cabling, hardware assembly, and basic network connections
  • Support the IT Manager with CMMC-related documentation tasks under guidance
Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • Basic hardware troubleshooting and PC setup skills
