As an Online Sales Support Associate at Bob's Discount Furniture, you'll deliver world-class service through our online platforms, supporting guests with honesty, empathy, and enthusiasm-the "Bob's Way." You'll play a key role in driving our omni-channel success by engaging with customers via chat, phone, and email, guiding them through their online shopping journey from product discovery to purchase and post-sale support.

Work Environment:
This role is part of our Online Sales & Customer Experience Team. You'll work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment focused on real-time customer support via chat, phone, and digital channels. Requires flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
