The Opportunity: From Drafting Table to Reality


As an Entry-Level Electrical Designer, you won’t be just another face in a massive corporate office. You will work directly with senior leadership and experienced engineers to design plans that bring large-scale industrial projects to life.


What you’ll do:

 

  • Technical Drafting & Precision: Master AutoCAD and Revit standards - focusing on layer management, layout legibility, and drafting speed to produce clean, precise electrical packages with minimal redline cycles.
  • Code & Facility Design: Build a strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and master our standardized design series for agricultural and industrial facilities.
  • Operational Proficiency: Maintain clean file organization and transparent task status tracking using digital platforms.
  • Professional Growth: We invest in your future. We support your progress toward industry credentials such as the Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP), ADDA Certified Drafter (CD), or NICET Certifications (Levels I–IV).
