In the role of Real Estate Services Technician I, we'll count on you to:

  • Perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects as directed
  • Provide technical services including and not limited to administrative duties, property research, property management, consultant oversight
  • Support the RES Team with document preparation and administrative support as needed
  • Input and track data in spreadsheets and/or a database and prepare client reports
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and organization, strong editorial and verbal skills. Have the ability to be pro-active and follow-up on tasks. Industry experience such as paralegal, title, mortgage or real estate background is beneficial
  • Train in job-appropriate aspects of the right-of-way industry
  • Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and some college or equivalent experience
  • GIS and database familiarity
  • Real Estate knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • MS Office Suite product experience
  • General background-related experience beneficial, including title, paralegal, real estate, real property law or mortgage lending
