Are you a driven, entrepreneurial professional ready to build a career—and a business—in commercial real estate?

Avenica has partnered with our customer—a national commercial real estate firm—to hire Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Agents across multiple markets including Greater Los Angeles, Irvine, Denver, Fort Worth, Dallas, and Houston.

You don’t need industry experience to get started. You need drive, discipline, and the willingness to build. From day one, you’re developing your own book of business in commercial real estate investment sales, backed by structured training, experienced mentors, and a national platform. Recent and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.

Why Join Our Customer?

  • Industry-leading, structured training and mentorship—learn directly from successful senior agents and non-competing managers focused solely on your development.
  • Uncapped earning potential—your effort decides your income.
  • No prior commercial real estate experience required—just a strong work ethic and coachability.
  • AI-powered tools that eliminate busy work so you spend more time prospecting, advising clients, and closing deals.
  • Clear career path to top producer, market leader, or executive.
  • Specialize in the asset class that fits you: multifamily, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, land, and more.
  • National platform with access to buyers, sellers, and deal flow across every major market.
  • Multiple locations available across CA, CO, and TX.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through client outreach, cold calling, and relationship building.
  • Prospect and research market data and industry trends to identify opportunities.
  • Attend networking and industry events to build your professional presence and pipeline.
  • Advise clients on real estate investment strategies aligned with their goals.
  • Present marketing proposals and negotiate listings on behalf of clients.

    What You Bring

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build something of your own.
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and driven—backgrounds in athletics, leadership, or community involvement are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Real estate license in the state where you will work preferred but not required to interview—in-process or active license is a plus.

    Compensation Disclosure

This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is derived solely from commissions earned on successfully completed transactions and may vary based on individual performance, transaction volume, and prevailing market conditions.

In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, the anticipated annualized commission range for this role is $0.00 to $250,000+. Actual earnings will depend on the number and size of completed transactions and may vary significantly from this range. As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company-paid benefits.
