Position Summary:
The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day recruiting process for assigned positions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in Talent Acquisition and looking to build a strong foundation. In this role, you'll focus heavily on coordinating interviews, supporting candidate communication, and helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. You'll partner closely with hiring leaders while learning the full lifecycle recruiting process.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Interest in recruiting, HR, or Talent Acquisition
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate a high volume of interviews, including scheduling with candidates and hiring leaders across multiple calendars
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process to provide updates, confirmations, and a great overall experience
  • Post and maintain job openings across approved platforms
  • Review resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening as needed
  • Support administrative tasks throughout the hiring process
  • Help track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Partner with hiring leaders to ensure interview logistics run smoothly
  • Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment steps
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes
