Job description

As a Growth Marketer at Recall.ai, you'll own our organic presence on the internet, by creating compelling content and getting it in front of the right people, wherever they spend time online.
Our ICP is founders, product teams, and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
  • Create content for our ICP, and distribute through:
    • Linkedin
    • Twitter
    • Reddit
    • Hackernews
  • Create content revolving around:
    • Early-stage startups
    • Sales
    • Engineering challenges
  • Optimize content and channels for sign up conversions.
What It Will Be Like
  • Huge impact. You'll have a major role in building the company culture. You get to evolve the marketing motion from the strong foundation we've already built.
  • No bureaucracy. You'll own and drive every initiative you work on from start to finish. We fully trust you.
  • Massive growth opportunities. And not just on the marketing side. Anything you want to learn about the business we'll teach you.
Why You Shouldn't Join
  • You are not ready for the occasional 60 hour work week right now.
  • You are not ready to work 5 days a week, in SF.
  • You are not comfortable working without clear structure.
  • You are not ready for a risky career opportunity. Even with our growth, we are still an early-stage startup. If you need something more predictable, this is not the right fit.
  • You're not excited about writing. You won't be able to succeed in this role unless you love to write a good story.
Your Qualifications
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in startups. A lot of content we create is for startup founders, so having the context of what it's like working at a startup is critical.
  • Sales and marketing experience
  • Bonus points:
    • Previous experience at a Series A or Series B startup.
    • Founder experience.
Other Benefits
  • 100% covered, top-of-the-line health insurance, dental, and vision.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner covered.
  • Ubers/Waymos to and from office covered.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • If not in SF, we provide relocation assistance.
  • Computer and workspace stipend.
  • Create the best work of your life and be part of a group of people who deeply care about their work.
