You'll drive growth and execution for world-class apps by:

  • Teaming up with Senior Growth Marketers to build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.

  • Analyzing performance data alongside your team to understand why creative or targeting wins. Together you are turning campaign metrics into actionable optimizations.

  • Supporting client accounts by tracking budget pacing, building performance reports, and preparing client updates as you step directly into live strategy conversations.

  • Pushing how we work forward by testing new AI tools, and automated workflows to make campaign management faster and sharper

  • Collaborating across offices, teaming up with creative strategists and analytics leads across NY, LA, Stockholm, and Varna to deliver high-performing campaigns.

What makes you a great fit
  • Experience: 0–2 years in digital marketing, tech, or business analytics (internships or a few years of full-time experience)

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers and logical problem-solving to uncover trends in campaign performance.

  • AI Curiosity: An active interest in testing AI tools to streamline daily work.

  • Proactive Drive: High energy and an eagerness to learn. You take initiative when you see an opportunity to help the team.

  • Career-Driven & Self-Motivated: You don't want a passive entry-level job; you want a launching pad where your curiosity is rewarded and your learning curve is steep.

Why Twigeo?
  • 25 Days PTO to recharge.

  • Health Benefits designed to support your total wellbeing.

  • 401(k) with Matching to invest in your future.

  • Hybrid Work Model balancing flexibility with face-to-face collaboration. Tuesday and Thursday in our office in Brooklyn.

  • Skill Development in an agile environment with direct mentorship.
