If you're ready to contribute to complex building projects and grow your career with a dynamic and expanding organization, we encourage you to apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Serve as a technical point of contact between Red Dot Buildings and external project partners.
  •  Make technical and business decisions that impact project execution and timelines.
  •  Participate in customer-facing communication, including conference calls and approval meetings (approximately 10%).
  •  Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  •  Communicate technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project delivery.
  •  Perform additional engineering and project-related duties as assigned.

 Benefits:

  • Highly competitive salary and benefits package, based on skills and experience.
  • Potential for bonus and retirement savings contributions.
  • Generous paid time off.
  • Unlimited growth potential.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, dental and life insurance.

  •  Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret construction and engineering drawings.
  •  Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  •  Comfortable making decisions and working independently with minimal supervision.
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
  •  Ability to travel to Athens, Texas for an in-person interview.
