Job Summary and Qualifications

ย Performs maintenance and repair duties and assigned tasks having to do with hospital mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The operating engineer maintains and operates the building powerhouse/boiler system as required by city code. Maintain and repair non-patient contact hospital equipment, and various Life Safety systems. Orders parts and materials as needed. The hours for this position are Evenings. 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday. Sunday and Monday off.

What qualifications you will need:
  • High School Graduate / GED Required
  • Current Drivers License Required
  • Various Licenses/Certifications depending on particular job assignment / CFS certification, specific equipment & systems training
  • ย 3 years maintenance experience preferred
