- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and deployment automation efforts to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to follow best practices for provisioning, deployment, monitoring, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Support platform deployments, migrations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Help build and maintain observability capabilities including monitoring, alerting, logging, and telemetry.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes with guidance where needed.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation practices that improve release quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response efforts to support service reliability.
- Work with security teams to ensure adherence to standards for access management, encryption, and compliance.
Qualifications

- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus, particularly with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and deploying or supporting containerized workloads.
- Experience working with one or more enterprise platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, Redis, or relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure environments such as AWS, Azure, or VMware.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of Linux systems administration; Windows Server experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
- Basic scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
