  • After the 8-week onsite training, you will be partnered with amanufacturing facilitythat will bestutilizeyour skills and interests to develop yourself andthe plant.

  • Here, we empower and encourageour traineestowork with our engineering staff andapplybothknowledge and problem-solving skills to ongoing facility projects;theseoften include tacklingreal-worldissues and givestraineesvaluabletechnicalexperiencefor a successful career start.

  • Upon successfully completing the program(around 6 months), you will have the chance to interview for positions that align with your unique talents and career aspirations.

  • Almost allof our OMT graduates get offered a permanent role at a facility as an entry-level engineer soon after training ends.Potential rolesofteninclude Process Engineering, Project Engineering,TechnicalEngineering,Automation Engineering,Industrial Engineering,and more.

Qualifications:

  • ABachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical fields.

  • Co-op or internship experience is much preferred but notrequired.
