We're seeking enthusiastic and dependable Entry\-Level Coaches to support the development of athletes in our U6, U8, and U10 programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with young athletes, fostering foundational skills, and creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment on the hill.<\/span>

As an Entry\-Level Coach, you will work under the guidance of the Head Coach and alongside the broader coaching team to deliver high\-quality, athlete\-centered programming aligned with Long\-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) principles.<\/span>
