Front Desk Agent

Hampton Inn Draper in Utah is looking to hire a part-time Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team during the swing shift. Are you highly motivated and goal-oriented? Would you like to work for a hotel that cares about you and your career development? If so, please read on!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK AGENT

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first impression our guests have as they enter our hotel. Friendly and outgoing, you make reservations and ensure that our guests receive the best service possible during registration, check-out, and during their stay. You enthusiastically register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

Always meticulous, you make sure that all billing is accurate. You handle cash, credit cards, and checks responsibly according to our policies and procedures. As needed, you provide positive resolutions to guest concerns. A true team player, you assist with laundry as needed. You leave at the end of your swing shift proud of the part you played in helping our guests create memorable experiences!
