As the part-time Front Desk Receptionist, your day begins with a warm smile as you greet residents, family members, and visitors. You expertly manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries and taking messages to ensure effective communication within the team. You keep the front desk organized, perform light cleaning, sort mail, and assist with various administrative tasks, all while creating a friendly atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome.
