What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have requested a free consultation, evaluate their project, educate them on our products, and guide them through a professional sales experience.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments
  • Learn and execute the TORQ sales process
  • Perform project inspections and measurements
  • Present customized solutions and proposals
  • Educate customers on our premium concrete coating systems
  • Follow up with homeowners throughout the sales process
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity

Team Development

  • Participate in weekly coaching and training sessions
  • Work alongside experienced sales professionals
  • Represent the TORQ brand with professionalism and integrity
