The Administrative Coordinator is a hands-on role for someone who is ready to make a direct impact with their team.
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Administrative Coordinator to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time entry level position.
Responsibilities
  • Cultivate the in-home sales team to exceed performance goals
  • Understand, teach and manage our selling method
  • Retrieving paperwork submitted by each consultant
  • Communicate daily via email, texts and responding to VM’s
  • Coordinate team efforts and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Review contracts and designs daily, and assure that billing is correct
  • Posting payments
  • Making sure the contract has all required information
  • Taking customer calls and scheduling installs
  • Processing ALL paperwork related to the sales team
Requirements
  • Strong commitment to following a proven, successful sales model
  • Highly organized and motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable using Windows Office Suite (Excel knowledge is a plus)
  • Retail or consumer sales background a strong plus
  • A positive, achievement-focused attitude with leadership drive
  • Rotating Saturdays
Benefits
  • Listed pay of $16.00hr - $16.00hr + bonuses.
  • Pay increase after 90 days to $17.00hr, per performance.
