Job description

Delivery Coordinator Sales Consultant: Your Path to a Six-Figure Career

Not looking for just another job? Neither are we. As cars get smarter and buyers expect more, Middletown Honda needs a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator who's tech-savvy, personable, and ready to build something. This isn't an entry-level dead end - it's the first rung on a clear ladder into our Sales Department, backed by real coaching, daily mentorship, and manufacturer training, with top performers earning six figures as Sales Associates.

What you'll actually do
Be the tech expert customers trust - walking them through infotainment, safety tech, and trim differences
Own the delivery experience: inspect vehicles, verify accessories, handle disclosures, keep inventory delivery-ready
Work directly alongside the Sales Manager, with visibility into results and a real say in what's next
Get hands-on exposure to the full sales and delivery process - the training ground for your next move

What sets you up to win
Comfortable learning new tech and features fast
Strong communicator who's confident with customers
Flexible schedule, including weekends
Valid license, clean driving record, comfortable working outdoors
Professional presence

What you get
A real career path, not a ceiling - medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
Paid time off
Ongoing manufacturer training that keeps building your resume
A team that invests in you before you're "ready"
