What you’ll do

  • Represent our client partners professionally in the Jacksonville area

  • Speak with consumers face-to-face and explain available products, services, and promotions

  • Build rapport, answer questions, and recommend solutions based on customer needs

  • Work toward individual and team performance goals

  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development

What we’re looking for

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • A positive, competitive, and coachable mindset

  • Reliability, professionalism, and self-motivation

  • Interest in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development

  • Reliable transportation for assigned local territories

Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, events, sports, or leadership roles is helpful, but not required!

Compensation and benefits

  • Performance-based commission structure with weekly bonuses

  • Full-time schedule with evenings and weekends free

  • Health insurance eligibility after 90 days

  • PTO after 90 days

  • AAA insurance following the training period

  • Paid travel opportunities for qualifying team members

  • Ongoing training, coaching, and advancement opportunities

Growth opportunity

We believe professional growth should be earned through performance, consistency, and development—not years of experience alone. Team members who demonstrate strong results, leadership, and commitment have opportunities to grow into expanded responsibilities within First Coast Sales Group!

A four-year degree is preferred but not required. A background check is required following a conditional offer of employment.

Apply today to begin building sales, communication, and leadership skills with a growing Jacksonville team!
