Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist

TheBoeing Repair Management Services - Government team is seeking anEntry Level Supply Chain Specialist to join the team inDallas, TX. This position will focus on supporting Boeing Global Services (BGS.)

The RMS-G team is responsible for component repair, overhaul, warranty support and modifications across the C-17, Vertical Lift, Fighter, and Commercial Derivative Aircraft platforms. This position is to support C-17 program.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responds to requests for quotes

  • Responds to postproduction customer supply inquiries and coordinates delivery problem resolution

  • Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacity

  • Repair, Overhaul, Warranty & Modification Order Management

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of the repair/overhaul process including induction of repairable part through delivery to customer

  • Responsibility for monitoring and coordinating the movement of repair carcasses and material required to support repairs to and from authorized repair sources

  • Track repair order performance to organization's Key Performance Indicators and program specific targets

  • Responsibility for accurate record keeping of customer assets throughout the repair process

  • Provide functional Repair Management support and analysis to Programs and Supply Chain stakeholders

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain

  • 1+ years of experience working both independently and in team environments

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with inventory management systems or database applications

  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with strict deadlines
