Entry-Level Sales Representative


Full-Time | In-Person Sales | Paid Training

About the Role:

JM5 is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our Dallas team.

This is an in-person, business-to-business sales position where representatives meet face-to-face with local businesses to introduce telecommunications products and services. You'll work directly with business owners and decision-makers, learn how to identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.

No previous sales experience is required. JM5 provides paid initial training and ongoing coaching to help new representatives learn the products, sales process, and skills needed for the role.

What You'll Do:

  • Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers
  • Learn about each business's needs and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Present telecommunications products and service options
  • Clearly explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available services
  • Build professional relationships with prospective and existing business customers
  • Assist qualified customers through the sales and enrollment process
  • Follow up with business customers when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Work toward individual sales and performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing product and sales training
  • Represent JM5 and its clients professionally throughout the Dallas market
