* Qualify candidates and document details in SmartSearch system
* Partner with recruiters to submit qualified candidates and support hiring efforts
* Identify potential sales leads and assist with reference checks
Required Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor"s degree required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset
