Reporting to the Office Manager, this position requires excellent organizational and communication skills to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently. Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Quickbooks Online, and Corrigo Pro is beneficial, and the role is based on-site with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk activities to create a welcoming environment
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Outlook, Quickbooks Online, and Corrigo Pro
- Perform accurate data entry and record keeping
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to clients and staff
- Maintain organized reception area and oversee visitor check-ins

- Entry-level experience in office administration
- High School Diploma or equivalent
