This is a full-time, in office position in our Seattle, WA office with a hybrid schedule once training is complete.

We are looking for people with:

  • 1 year experience as support staff in an office environment or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university
  • Eagerness to learn and grow as a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
  • Excellent computer skills including typing proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency

Each Underwriting Assistant provides vital team functions:

  • Preparing information needed to market new and renewal business
  • Monitoring various reports for consistency
  • Potential for policy issuance and endorsement processing
  • Make and follow through with request for missing information from outside sources
  • Assist in accounting procedures such as invoicing
  • Data entry into multiple internet based systems
  • Use Microsoft Office software, (e.g. Outlook, Word and Excel)
