Freight Runners Express / Air Charter Express is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Aviation Parts Clerk to join our maintenance support team.

What You'll Do

As an Aviation Parts Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations by ensuring technicians have the tools, materials, and aircraft parts they need to keep our fleet operating safely and on schedule.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage, track, and distribute aircraft parts, materials, hardware, and tooling
  • Operate the aircraft parts counter and support maintenance technicians throughout the day
  • Issue, receive, and restock aircraft parts and specialized tooling
  • Process aircraft component cores and maintain accurate documentation
  • Coordinate pending core inventory and communicate with repair personnel
  • Submit mechanic parts requests for purchasing approval
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unpacking, inspecting, and logging incoming aircraft parts and repairs
  • Prepare and package aircraft materials and components for outbound shipment
  • Maintain organized and accurate inventory records using computerized inventory systems
  • Perform routine inventory cycle counts and ensure proper labelling and storage of parts
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
  • Follow company procedures related to safety, quality standards, and FAA compliance

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous aviation, warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is helpful but not required
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to go up and down stairs
  • Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50-75 lbs

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Comfortable working behind a desk and in the warehouse
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
