Data Entry/ High Volume Customer Service Clerk

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Data Entry/ High Volume Customer Service Clerk for a company in Milwaukee, WI. This is a temporary opportunity on 1st shift.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls daily (back-to-back call environment)
  • Provide prompt, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Enter and update customer data in real time during calls
  • Verify information for accuracy and completeness
  • Navigate multiple systems/screens while speaking with customers
  • Meet daily performance metrics (call volume, handle time, accuracy, quality)
  • Resolve basic issues and escalate complex concerns as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (typing, Microsoft Office, data systems)
  • High-volume call center setting
