Data Entry/ High Volume Customer Service Clerk
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Data Entry/ High Volume Customer Service Clerk for a company in Milwaukee, WI. This is a temporary opportunity on 1st shift.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls daily (back-to-back call environment)
- Provide prompt, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Enter and update customer data in real time during calls
- Verify information for accuracy and completeness
- Navigate multiple systems/screens while speaking with customers
- Meet daily performance metrics (call volume, handle time, accuracy, quality)
- Resolve basic issues and escalate complex concerns as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, Microsoft Office, data systems)
- High-volume call center setting
- Continuous phone and computer use throughout shift
- Fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Sit for extended periods
- Experience with CRM or call center systems preferred
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM preferred)
