Job description

We are seeking an experienced C ram Business Analyst (also open to Functional Analysts, Business Architects, or Deployment Leads) to lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for a comprehensive case management project.

  • Location: Raleigh, NC (Local candidates only)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Interview Mode: Webcam or In-Person

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications utilizing the IBM C ram Suite.
  • Gap Analysis: Perform detailed gap analysis to identify differences between current and future-state business processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Testing & Deployment: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, defect resolution, and system go-live/conversion activities.
  • PMO Support: Assist with project time tracking, work plan updates, status reporting, and documentation maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must bring a strong blend of the following functional and analytical skills:

  • IBM C ram Expertise: Proven experience working as a BA, Functional Analyst, or Architect specifically on IBM C ram projects and case management solutions.
  • Requirements Management: Strong track record of developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional requirements.
  • Testing & Implementation: Direct experience supporting UAT execution and system implementation activities.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to communicate effectively across both technical and business teams.
  • Project Administration: Experience handling project documentation, reporting, and PMO support tasks.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Public Sector / Government Experience (Required)
  • Experience supporting Medicaid programs or State government human services/healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Experience supporting large-scale system deployment, data conversion, and training delivery.
