Job description

Our office is growing and we need someone who we can trust to be a friendly face! The position is full time with flexible hours. Our Customer Service Representative needs to be someone who is dependable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. This individual will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our clients and supporting our sales and service team.

Responsibilities

● Process customer policy change requests.

● Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

● Answer incoming phone calls.

● Schedule appointments for the agency owner if need be.

● Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Requirements

● Insurance Experience is NOT required

● Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

● Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

● Great customer service skills both in-person and over the phone.

● Driven and goal-oriented individual.

● Willing to obtain a license in Property Casualty and Life Health
