Cloud Customer Success Manager
The Opportunity:
As a digital transformation professional, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective collaboration, communication, and problem solving that is crucial for your client's future. You're eager to apply your DoW experience and cloud knowledge to help our Army customers navigate their way into the cloud. We're looking for someone like you to help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.
As a digital transformation specialist on our team, you'll be trusted to work with customer teams to guide them from their on premises environments to our secure cloud. Using our customer processes, you'll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical professionals ensure our customer's success.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience with performing contract support with government agencies, including the DoD
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS and Azure cloud technologies concepts, best practices, and client solutions
  • Experience with Agile Framework Methodologies and tools, such as Atlassian Suite products
  • Experience serving as a primary contact for customers, managing their journey from onboarding through renewal and advocacy
  • Experience with case management such as managing customer escalations and coordinating cross-functional resolutions
  • Experience with facilitating scope, requirements, prioritization, and business process meetings with project stakeholders, including presenting epic and task prioritization and grooming, refining product backlog, and planning product deliverables
  • Experience with developing documents for IT applications, system specifications, and functional technical documentation according to existing standards and methodologies with minimal guidance to drive, schedule, and execute efforts for new solutions, features, integrations, deployments, and operations
  • Ability to drive and execute analyst tasks based on customer use cases, dependencies, and priorities
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with DoD or Army organizations
  • Experience with case management technologies, such as ServiceNow
  • Experience with cloud migration of IT systems or digital transformation
  • Knowledge of cyber security concepts and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure AZ900 certifications a plus
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Agile Practitioner, or Agile Project Delivery Management (APM) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
