Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
We're hiring a friendly, motivated Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our Orlando team. This is an entry-level, customer-facing position. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating with customers, and working in an energetic team environment. We provide paid training to help new team members learn our products, customer-service standards, and sales process.
Customer Service and Sales Associate Responsibilities: 
  • Speak with customers in person and provide friendly, professional service
  • Explain available products, services, promotions, and account options
  • Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs
  • Recommend appropriate products or services
  • Assist customers throughout the enrollment or purchasing process
  • Answer questions and resolve basic customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals
  • Participate in paid training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Represent the company and its clients professionally
