Job description
We are hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing event marketing and promotions team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing outstanding customer service, and representing well-known brands at retail events and community promotions.
No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training to help you succeed. Whether you're starting your career or looking to transition into customer service, event marketing, retail promotions, or brand representation, this is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable professional skills while advancing within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities- Represent client brands at retail locations, promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach campaigns
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Answer questions about products, services, promotions, and special offers
- Assist customers with registrations, promotional sign-ups, and purchases when applicable
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service during every interaction
- Build positive relationships that enhance the customer experience and brand awareness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily event and marketing goals
- Assist with event setup, display maintenance, merchandising, and breakdown
- Gather customer feedback and complete accurate event reports
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent client brands with integrity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
