Job description

We are a growing local marketing firm seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will help strengthen brand awareness, build customer relationships, and support marketing campaigns within the local community.

Working alongside experienced team members, you'll gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, client relations, and brand promotion. We provide paid training and opportunities for advancement into leadership and management positions.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and building meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build positive relationships with potential customers to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Represent client brands professionally during promotional campaigns and community outreach events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and community members.
  • Gather customer feedback and help improve the overall customer experience.
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve campaign performance and results.

  • Assist with campaign reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role preferred.
