Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately. This entry-level customer service position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication, follow-up, and personalized support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the successful delivery of events, campaigns, and customer initiatives.
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, venue coordination, attendee support, and other event-related activities.
  • Collect and review customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, communications, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Work with team members to develop ideas and strategies that improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry trends and customer service practices.
  • Represent the company professionally while following established brand standards and company values.
