Job description

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our growing team!

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in marketing, brand promotions, event marketing, experiential marketing, customer engagement, and career development. No previous marketing experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience from day one.

As a Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you’ll support promotional campaigns for national brands, helping execute live events, product launches, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives. You’ll gain practical marketing experience while developing communication, event coordination, and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations
  • Represent national brands at live events, product launches, and experiential marketing campaigns
  • Engage directly with customers and event attendees to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Communicate brand messaging in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, logistics, and breakdown
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve marketing campaign performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, promotions, and event teams to meet campaign objectives
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional brand presence at all times
Qualifications
