Job description

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customer interactions at community events, promotional activities, and outreach programs in the Boise area.

This is an entry-level position focused on customer communication and public engagement. Previous experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided to help new team members learn the responsibilities of the position.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers at events and community activities
  • Answer questions and provide accurate information about programs and services
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Listen to customer questions and provide appropriate information
  • Represent clients professionally at events and community activities
  • Assist with event preparation, materials, and on-site activities
  • Help maintain a positive customer experience
  • Share customer feedback and relevant information with team members
  • Follow established procedures and client guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and training
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily responsibilities
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are comfortable speaking with customers and members of the public
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Are dependable and punctual
  • Are willing to learn new procedures and information
  • Maintain a professional attitude
  • Are comfortable working in an event-based environment

Previous experience is not required.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, communications, events, or other public-facing positions is helpful but not required.

Training

Training is provided on company procedures, customer interactions, event responsibilities, and information relevant to assigned programs and campaigns.
