Providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, the QCD fleet averages more than 40 million miles driven per year. QCD associates also help run a national non-profit, the GSF Foundation.

In This Role, You'll:
You'll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods and staging inventory to shipping orders on time.
  • Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
  • Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
  • Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
  • Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
  • Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation
  • Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments
What You'll Bring:
  • Must have warehouse experience
  • Experience using a stand-up forklift and reach truck
  • Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0 degrees
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Physically active role with repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred
 
Schedule & Setting:
  • Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 12:00am (Midnight) 
  • Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:  -5 °F to 38 °F)
  • Must be available to work at night, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
  • Must be able to work until all loading tasks are completed
 
Pay & Benefits:
  • $23.23/hr, not including pay for performance (PFP)
  • After your 90-day probation period, the pay will increase to $25.34/hr. Not including pay for performance (PFP)
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days. The company pays 60% of the premium.
