Title: Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide)
Job Duties: The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) is responsible for assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention. Other duties may be assigned as needed by the Director of Nursing, the Program Director, or a designee.
Schedule:
  • Full-Time: PM (Tuesday-Saturday) & Overnight (Wednesday-Monday)
  • On-Call: PM & Overnight

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
  • A compassionate mindset toward those who are in recovery.

Persons served benefit from extensive life skills training; peer counseling; case management; behavioral self-management; community residential treatment systems; and Crestwood's Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) program. Our homelike atmosphere is inclusive of the family, friends, and other supporters of our persons served. Our dynamic rehabilitative treatment program addresses the diverse cultural, spiritual, psychological, biological, and social needs of the people we serve. This provides the basis for developing a program that fosters growth, change, and independence.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
