About the job Customer Relations Specialist
Role Overview
Are you a people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as a Customer Relations Specialist.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide support, coordinate travel-related requests, and help create positive customer experiences from the initial inquiry through completion of travel plans. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while developing valuable communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
No previous travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training, resources, and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning and booking process
  • Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and vacation experiences
  • Research and evaluate available travel options using company-approved tools and supplier resources
  • Help organize and manage trip details to ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Provide timely responses to client questions, concerns, and service requests
  • Support clients with itinerary adjustments, reservation revisions, and follow-up communication
  • Maintain accurate customer records, confirmations, and documentation
  • Stay informed on travel products, supplier offerings, and company updates through ongoing training
