Emplify Health is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our ITDS team. In this role, you'll help support and advance our client infrastructure by managing device configuration, security, automation, and system reliability in a healthcare environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically driven problem-solver who values collaboration, stability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages the System Administration of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to include manages packages, collections, and assignments in SCCM console
  • Manages applications, device configurations, groups, and group assignments in Microsoft Intune
  • Develops scripted solutions to automate processes and procedures
  • Understands Group Policy Objects (GPO); works with technical groups to create and modify GPO in support of workstations and users
  • Manages software distribution and reporting
  • Manages client anti-virus and patch management to maintain system security and integrity
  • Maintains Windows operating system images and deployment packages
  • Monitors health of client infrastructure, SCCM servers and clients; proactively supports to maintain reliable enterprise systems
  • Identifies technical needs and provides technology recommendations to leadership
  • Analyzes, documents, and maintains Windows system hardware and software standards and configurations
  • Evaluates, diagnoses, and resolves technical hardware and software incidents; applies critical thinking skills to solve complex system problems Ÿ Provides research and development services for IT solutions for organizational implementation
What's Available:
  • 1.0 FTE
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday Days
  • Location: This role is based at our Support Services Building in Onalaska, WI and offers a hybrid work arrangement after training is complete, including the opportunity to work from home up to two days per week.

What You'll Need:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience supporting Windows client infrastructure in an enterprise environment
  • Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, Group Policy, and endpoint management
  • Understanding of endpoint security, patching, and deployment best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
