POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with construction, maintaining, repairing, and monitoring all terrain park features and trails throughout the resort. May assist with crowd control, guest education, and safety awareness.
This position is located at Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake.
Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $22.80/hr. depending on experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • At least eighteen (18) years old
  • Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to read, comprehend and retain instructions
  • Able to exhibit sound judgment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Available to work nights, weekends, weekdays, and holidays
  • Ability to work during adverse weather conditions and on challenging terrain
  • Ability to ski or snowboard while carrying objects up to 40lbs. (Ex. rakes, shovels, sign)
