Hidden Paradise Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. This pivotal role involves working remotely to deliver essential therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while still engaging in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. Our outpatient office setup facilitates client access and ongoing care while upholding high privacy standards. You'll be equipped with state-of-the-art video conferencing technologies and electronic health record systems to streamline care delivery and documentation.

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop clinical diagnoses.
• Create tailored treatment plans based on client assessments, integrating evidence-based practices to ensure effective therapy.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy programs, and family counseling, utilizing modalities suited to unique client needs.
• Provide timely crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, guiding them to appropriate resources and support.
• Ensure meticulous documentation by maintaining accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and assessments, in alignment with ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with other professionals in the healthcare team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health matters, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training sessions, workshops, and engagement with the latest research in mental health therapy.

The therapist will work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, encompassing a wide range of mental health issues. You will address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other emotional or psychological concerns. • Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with a commitment to ethical practice.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for building rapport with clients.
• A collaborative mindset that allows effective teamwork while also being comfortable working independently.
• A dedication to continuous improvement and the highest ethical and professional standards in mental health care.

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting is favorable but not mandatory for entry-level clinicians.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferable.
• Experience with culturally competent therapy practices is an asset, given our diverse client demographic.
