This pivotal role involves working remotely to deliver essential therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW), you will be responsible for assessing clients' mental health needs, developing customized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that foster personal growth and enhance overall well-being.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop clinical diagnoses.
  • Create tailored treatment plans based on client assessments, integrating evidence-based practices to ensure effective therapy.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy programs, and family counseling, utilizing modalities suited to unique client needs.
  • Provide timely crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, guiding them to appropriate resources and support.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation by maintaining accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and assessments, in alignment with ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with other professionals in the healthcare team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health matters, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training sessions, workshops, and engagement with the latest research in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist will work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, encompassing a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.
