This remote position is designed for professionals who are self-motivated and value independence while working collaboratively within a supportive team structure. Our work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client needs. • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify and evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and circumstances.
• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions designed to support client growth.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses medical, psychological, and social factors affecting clients.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal standards and ethical practices.
• Participating in clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Counseling Connections Clinic, you will work with a diverse population dealing with various mental health challenges. Your clients may range from individuals coping with anxiety and depression to those navigating complex trauma and addiction issues. The clinic's inclusive approach focuses on understanding each client’s unique background and circumstances to provide effective, individualized care.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques applicable to a variety of mental health disorders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, essential for documentation and client interaction.
• A commitment to ethical standards and safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Experience in remote counseling and familiarity with telehealth technologies.
• Prior involvement in interdisciplinary teams or community mental health initiatives.
• Specific training in trauma-informed care or addiction counseling is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for performance bonuses.
