Position Summary
RADcamp (Recreational Activities Day Camp) is a summer program that runs in Johnson Center for children ages 6-14. Daily activities include team sport instruction and supervision, swimming, and an art/craft with some specialized programming leading us out of Johnson Center and onto Main Campus. RADcamp operates every weekday from 8:30am-4:30pm from June 1st to August 7th (except June 19th and July 3rd)
If you have an interest in teaching, coaching, or youth programming, RADcamp Counsellor is a great addition to your resume. If you have prior child care experience and are looking for an active summer job, RADcamp Counsellor is for you!
Job duties include supervising as many as 6 children aged 6-14, demonstrating basic sport skills (passing, dribbling, shooting etc in most popular team sports), supervising while swimming, professionally interacting with campers and their parents, and clearly communicating with the program coordinator. Hiring is now open for full-day and half-day counsellors. There will be full flexibility in the dates and times you'd be scheduled.

Preferences: Previous child care experience, Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
