Responsibilities

  • Assist chef and sous chef with mise en place and food preparation
  • Prepare and cook assigned menu components under supervision
  • Follow recipes, plating guides, and chef instructions precisely

  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • Support service during busy periods with efficiency and focus
